Rules
One of the Key Result Areas identified by the BAP-SBP Board of trustees is the creation of basketball centers of training and excellence outside Metro Manila. The NBTC will be the first of its kind to be implemented in the Philippines. The objective is to identify outstanding young male and female basketball players throughout the different regions/territories, with emphasis on developing and improving individual skills and team concepts.

Rules
